Watching Face Yoga videos can introduce ideas. Learning with a teacher lets someone stop the habits that videos cannot see — over-clenching, skipping relaxation, or copying advanced moves too early. At Body Care, Mallika Some teaches live so technique is checked; recordings exist for replay, not as the whole method.

When Mallika first added Face Yoga, many students treated the last 15–20 minutes as optional and left — until classmates who stayed looked fresher. Videos alone cannot recreate that social correction, and they cannot tell you that you are holding the forehead while 'relaxing'.
- Live: feedback, pacing, honest limits, accountability.
- Video: convenience, replay, discovery — and no eyes on your mistakes.
Questions students actually ask
Are videos useless?
No. They are useful after you know your form, or to revisit a sequence. They are a weak first teacher if nobody has ever watched your jaw and forehead.
