Cookie Policy

This page says which cookies Body Care by Mallika sets. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
Do we need cookie consent?
Essential cookies only: a blocking consent wall is not required. This site’s own cookies are the session cookies used by authentication (Supabase). They exist so a signed-in student stays signed in, and so forms that must know who you are can work. India’s DPDP Act still requires a privacy notice — that is the privacy policy — but it does not copy the EU ePrivacy rule that non-essential cookies need prior consent.
Analytics or advertising cookies: consent is required before they run if we ever enable them, including for visitors in the EU/UK. Today Google Analytics is not loaded unless two things are true: a measurement id is configured on the server, and you have chosen “Allow analytics” on the cookie banner. Until then we are not tracking you with GA.
Cookies we use
- Essential — authentication. Set by our auth provider to keep a login. Duration follows that session. Without them, “Sign in” cannot persist. These are first-party.
- Essential — cookie choice. Your banner decision is stored in this browser’s local storage (not a tracking cookie) so we do not ask on every page load.
- Optional — analytics. Only if you allow it and only if Google Analytics 4 is configured. Used to see which public pages are read. IP anonymization is requested when the script loads.
We do not use advertising pixels or sell cookie data.
How to change your mind
Clear this site’s data in your browser to see the banner again, or write to contact@bodycareglobal.com. Blocking all cookies will also block login.
