These terms govern use of Body Care by Mallika’s website at https://bodycareglobal.com and the seminars, demo classes, courses and memberships sold through it. The studio is in Burdwan (Bardhaman), West Bengal, India. Instructor: Mallika Some. Contact: contact@bodycareglobal.com.

By creating an account, booking, or paying, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Current prices are listed on the pricing page.

Who this is for

Classes are taught for women. You must be able to contract in your country. Paid purchases require an account. Free seminar and some demo paths can complete without one, using the contact details you type.

The services

• Live seminars and demo classes (online, sometimes with sittings that have their own capacity).
• On-demand courses, unlocked for the access window shown at purchase.
• Memberships billed on the cycle shown at checkout, while a gateway is connected.

Descriptions on a product page are the offer. Capacity is enforced in the database; a page that still looks open can fill before your payment settles. If that happens on a paid demo sitting we will flag the order for review rather than pretend a seat exists. Delivery is digital — see the shipping policy.

Health and Face Yoga

Sessions are fitness and wellness instruction, not medical care, not physiotherapy treatment, and not a promise to treat PCOS, infertility, menopause, or skin disease. You are responsible for getting clinical clearance when you have an injury, a condition, or a recent procedure. Stop if something hurts in a way that is not ordinary muscle work.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login to yourself. Do not share course video, scrape the site, or record a live class for distribution. Course video is licensed to the entitled account holder for personal practice, not for teaching others commercially.

Money

Prices are set in the original currency (INR and USD are independent; we do not convert at checkout). Payment is handled by the configured gateway. Access starts when our server records a verified payment — not when a popup closes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel in your dashboard or by writing to us before the next renewal if the dashboard is unavailable.

Customer support and disputes

Support: contact@bodycareglobal.com or the contact page. Grievance officer: Mallika Some. If we cannot resolve a dispute, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bardhaman (Burdwan), West Bengal, have jurisdiction, except where a consumer-protection rule says otherwise.

Our limits

To the extent Indian law allows, Body Care is not liable for indirect loss, for a missed class caused by your connection, or for health outcomes. Live instruction depends on you following cues. If a mandatory consumer right applies in your jurisdiction, that right wins over this paragraph.
