Face concerns

Neck and face exercises belong together. A tight, forward-held neck changes the jawline, the mouth corners and the way under-eye skin sits. Body Care classes include neck mobility and gentle strengthening with Face Yoga, rather than isolating the face as if it floated. Move slowly; the neck is not a place to bounce.

Mallika trained in physiotherapy in Durgapur while already teaching in Burdwan, after a student with high body weight jumped, twisted a leg and took a hairline crack. The lesson generalised: not every exercise suits every body, and the neck is where that lesson shows up daily. Range of motion is individual.
Questions students actually ask
I have cervical pain. Can I join?
Often with modifications — Mallika's physiotherapy background is why she will not put every body through the same jump or the same neck stretch. Tell the instructor before class. Acute injury, dizziness or doctor-restricted movement means get clearance first.
