Face Yoga for the jawline

Face Yoga can strengthen and release the muscles that shape the jawline, and it can reduce a clenched look. It cannot sculpt bone or reliably remove a genetically full lower face. Mallika teaches jaw work together with neck posture, because a forward head position changes how the jaw reads in a photograph. Results take regular practice, not a weekend challenge.

A 'missing jawline' is several different things: fat under the chin, a slack , a clenched masseter that widens the face, or simply a phone-neck. Body Care classes look at which of those is actually present instead of handing everyone the same chin-lift video.

Questions students actually ask

I grind my teeth. Can I still do jaw Face Yoga?

Often yes, but the first job is release, not more clenching. If you have TMJ pain, a click, or a dentist's warning, get clinical advice before adding resistance.
