Strength training for women

Strength training for women at Body Care means building useful muscle with live coaching, modified for each body. Mallika Some teaches women from about 10 to 80. After an early injury from asking every student to jump the same way, her rule is adaptation first: strength without copying a men's gym template or chasing unsafe weight-loss speed.

Why strength sits beside Face Yoga

Students who only chase weight loss can lose muscle as well as fat. Mallika refuses crash targets for that reason. Strength work keeps the body capable while Face Yoga keeps the face from being left out of the plan — the lesson she learned when fitness targets were met and faces still looked tired.

Not every exercise is suitable for every student based on their body weight.

That line comes from a real injury early in her teaching: a heavier student jumped with the room, twisted her leg, and left Mallika determined to study physiotherapy so yoga alone would not be the whole answer. Strength at Body Care is therefore coached, not copied from a viral circuit.

Questions students actually ask

Will I get bulky?

Building large muscle takes specific programming and food most general classes do not run. Body Care aims for strength you can use — legs, arms, core — not bodybuilding.

I only want Face Yoga. Do I need strength work?

Face Yoga is available inside wider classes because Mallika saw fit bodies with tired faces. You can emphasise the face block; the body work still supports posture and neck, which show on the face.
