Mallika Some's career has evolved from childhood yoga interest into university yoga training, physiotherapy, weight management, Face Yoga and meditation as complete wellness. After nearly 25 years, the measure she still names is simple: when a student gets the result they hoped for and returns happy, that happiness is her greater achievement.

Mallika describes herself plainly: a fitness, weight-loss and Face Yoga coach. She started in fitness and physiotherapy, working directly with clients. Over time she realised women need more than exercise or a smaller number on the scale — they also want to feel confident about their face. That realisation led her into Face Yoga and facial massage. When she saw the changes in her clients, the passion deepened. Eventually programmes moved online so she could reach women in different parts of the world.
- Yoga interest from a very young age.
- Yoga course from the University of Burdwan.
- Physiotherapy course from Durgapur Hospital, with certificates.
- Professional practice under a senior physiotherapist.
- Years of weight-loss and face-transformation coaching.
- Face Yoga and meditation as part of complete wellness.
When a student gets the results they were hoping for and comes back happy, that happiness gives me an even greater sense of achievement.
That sentence is the through-line of every story on this FAQs page. The certificates matter. The commute to Durgapur mattered. Saying no to unsafe weight loss matters. But the centre of the work is still a woman who leaves class looking — and feeling — more like herself.
