Face Yoga for forehead lines

Many forehead lines are a holding pattern: the brows lift all day, then the crease stays. Face Yoga here is mostly awareness and release, plus gentle work around the brows — not more forehead clenching. It will not replace sunscreen or a clinical wrinkle treatment. If a line is deep, expect softening of the habit more than a vanishing crease.

Mallika has watched students leave class with a smoother forehead simply because they stopped bracing for 20 minutes. That is not magic; it is the muscle letting go. Repeating the brace on a laptop all afternoon undoes it — so the 'exercise' includes catching the habit.

Questions students actually ask

Should I tape my forehead at night?

Body Care does not teach taping as a default. If you try it, it should never restrict breathing or irritate skin. The lasting change is noticing when you raise your brows at a screen.
