After 40, and more so after 50, facial skin is often thinner and muscles less toned. Face Yoga will not stop ageing. It can help some women look and feel less tired by training muscle, easing tension and supporting drainage. Mallika has seen particularly clear change in students around menopause who practise regularly for about two months. Start gently; this is not a young-skin challenge.

The Northwestern facial-exercise study enrolled women aged 40–65. That is the same decade many Body Care students arrive in, often after they have already tried to 'just lose weight' and discovered the face still looked weary.
Mallika's practical note: improvements she has seen around this age can show within two months of consistent work. That is an observation from her rooms, not a promise printed on a before/after that we do not yet have permission to show.
Questions students actually ask
Is it too late to start at 60 or 70?
Mallika currently teaches students from about 10 years old to about 80. Age is not the filter; unadapted jumping and copied internet intensity are. Face Yoga can be scaled.
