Face concerns

Under-eye bags can be fluid, fat pads, thin skin, allergies, or lack of sleep. Gentle lymphatic massage and Face Yoga may help the fluid kind. They will not remove a true fat pad or reverse very thin, crepey skin. Rubbing the eyelid hard makes things worse. If the swelling is sudden, painful, or accompanied by vision changes, see a doctor.

The under-eye area is the easiest place to overwork. Body Care teaching stays light: drainage, not tugging. Students who skipped Face Yoga used to miss exactly this part; those who stayed were often the ones whose puffiness under the eyes eased.
Questions students actually ask
Mallika mentioned eye bags around menopause. Is that typical?
She sees sagging cheeks, mouth corners and under-eye bags more often in women just before, during and after menopause, alongside thinner-feeling skin. That is classroom pattern, not a diagnosis of every woman's hormones.
